Acceptable Use Policy

Effective date: October 13, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") is incorporated into our Terms of Service and applies to all use of Antybrowser (the "Service"), operated by Bright Commerce Ltd.

1. Core rule

The Service may not be used for illegal activities, fraud, or intentional platform abuse.

2. Unlawful use

You may not use the Service to violate any applicable law, including UK, EU or US sanctions and export-control obligations. You are responsible for determining that your use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction.

3. Fraud and financial crime

The following are prohibited:

• Payment fraud of any kind, including card testing and unauthorized card or bank use;
• Use of stolen credentials, account takeover, or synthetic identities;
• Chargeback abuse and friendly fraud;
• Money laundering or evasion of financial regulations;
• Scams of any kind, including task scams, romance scams, fake investment schemes and fake storefronts; and
• Fraud against platforms, businesses or individuals.

4. Third-party platform abuse

The following are prohibited when connected with unlawful activity or fraud:

• Evading bans or restrictions in order to continue fraudulent activity;
• Mass creation of fake accounts for fraud, spam or manipulation;
• Credential stuffing, account cracking or brute-force attacks;
• Click fraud, ad fraud or review fraud; and
• Scraping or automated access that violates applicable law.

Fair-use note: managing multiple legitimate accounts — such as agency client accounts, marketing workflows, quality assurance, research or privacy — is a lawful and intended use of the Service. This Policy targets fraud and abuse, not ordinary multi-accounting. You remain responsible for complying with the terms of the third-party platforms you access.

5. Security violations

You may not gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, network or account, probe or bypass security controls, or conduct denial-of-service activity.

6. Malware and abusive software

You may not develop, distribute or operate malware, botnets, ransomware, cryptominers, phishing kits or credential stealers using the Service.

7. Spam

You may not use the Service to send unsolicited bulk messages or to create accounts for spam purposes.

8. Harmful content and activities

You may not use the Service for child sexual abuse material, exploitation of any person, human trafficking, terrorism or violent extremism, or any other content or activity that is illegal under applicable law.

9. Intellectual property infringement

You may not use the Service to distribute copyrighted material without authorization or to sell counterfeit goods.

10. Abuse of the service itself

You may not circumvent licensing, activation or seat limits, resell or share access to your account, deliberately exceed the limits of the free plan to avoid a paid subscription, or attack our infrastructure or support systems.

11. Investigation and cooperation

We may investigate suspected violations of this Policy and may cooperate with law enforcement agencies and payment processors, with or without prior notice to you.

12. Enforcement

Violations of this Policy are handled under section 10 of the Terms of Service: we may warn, suspend, or terminate your account. Terminated violators of this Policy receive no refund. Fraud or illegal activity results in immediate termination and may be referred to law enforcement.

13. Reporting violations

To report a suspected violation of this Policy, contact support@antybrowser.com.

14. Updates to this policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated as described in section 14 of the Terms of Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
