Terms of Service

Effective date: October 13, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Antybrowser.com (the "Service"), operated by Bright Commerce Ltd ("Bright Commerce", "we", "us" or "our"). Please read them carefully.

1. Who we are

The Service is operated by Bright Commerce Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16962136), registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Contact: support@antybrowser.com.

2. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. The service

Antybrowser is an antidetect browser with fingerprint isolation, proxy management, cloud-based profile synchronisation, team collaboration, a local API and related web tools. We may improve, modify or discontinue features of the Service, with reasonable notice where possible.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. Team plans are licensed per seat; you may not share a single account between multiple individuals or exceed the seat count included in your plan.

5. Subscriptions, billing and refunds

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the current billing period; we do not provide partial-month refunds unless required by law. Your first payment is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee — contact support@antybrowser.com within 30 days of your first payment for a full refund. Free plans are subject to the usage limits shown on the Service.

Fees are stated exclusive of applicable taxes unless noted otherwise. Price changes take effect from your next billing cycle after at least 30 days' notice.

6. Acceptable use

Your use of the Service is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy. In short: the Service may not be used for illegal activities, fraud, or intentional platform abuse. Violations may result in suspension or termination as described in section 10.

7. Your content and profiles

You own the browser profiles, cookies, credentials and other data you create or store through the Service. Cloud backups are stored encrypted. You are solely responsible for the data you put into profiles and for how you use them.

8. Third-party platforms and services

The Service lets you access third-party websites and use third-party proxies and integrations. You are responsible for complying with their terms of service and with applicable law. We are not responsible for actions taken against you by third-party platforms, including account restrictions or bans imposed by them.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, its applications, source code, designs and branding are owned by Bright Commerce Ltd or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own lawful business or personal purposes. You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute the Service. Reverse engineering of the Service is prohibited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Enforcement and termination

We may investigate suspected violations of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. We may:

(i) issue a warning for inadvertent or minor violations;
(ii) suspend or restrict the Service for serious or repeated violations; and
(iii) terminate your account immediately for fraud, illegal activity or intentional platform abuse, in which case no refund of fees paid will be given and we may cooperate with law enforcement and payment processors.

You may terminate your account at any time. We may also terminate for convenience with 30 days' notice and a pro-rata refund of fees paid for unused prepaid periods.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that it will achieve any particular outcome. Any warranty implied by law is excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or business. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bright Commerce Ltd against any losses, damages or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your unlawful use of the Service or your violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or by a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also escalate complaints by emailing support@antybrowser.com, then complaints@brightcommerce.co.uk, and you may contact an approved alternative dispute resolution provider if we cannot reach an agreement.
